1 For what level skater is each video appropriate?
Answer
All videos are beneficial to all levels above the basic skill level. To truly gain from the investment, all you need is to grasp one concept from the many presented in each video.
That being said, each video is targeted specifically toward a group of skaters who will benefit the most.
Volume 1: Is suggested for all skaters. Ages range from 7 years old and beyond. Although geared mainly for those who are already good skaters, should a young one grasp just a couple of the many concepts presented, it will save time and promote early advancement in the quality of their skating.
Volume 2: Builds off of Volume 1. This video is suggested for all skaters who already know what a Mohawk, Choctaw, Twizzle, 3-turn, etc… is. It teaches ways to improve upon these maneuvers as well as combine them into exercises. The reason this video works so well for all levels is because it spends a great deal of time on perfecting forward and backward crossovers. Power, efficien

2 What about sharpening the Paramount Blades?

Sharpening the Paramount blades:
All of the Sid Broadbent`s machines will sharpen the Paramount blades. With Sid`s older machine you need to purchase a new bar. We produce this and sell for only $30. This is a simple bar which replaces the runner bar with a smaller one. This easily attached with 2 wing nut screws.
All the other machines are table top machines. Blademaster makes a beautiful new holder at a reasonable price which will work on of the different brands. I buy this special holder in volume and get a special price which I pass onto the customers. The price is $260. When dealers purchase 10 or more blades they get this free of charge.

3 How long will it take for my video/blade order to arrive?
Answer
After you place the order, most of the time your videos or blades should arrive within 3 weeks, sometimes within 1 week. Rush orders can be requested by e-mail.

Volume 4: This video is independent from the other volumes. It truly benefits all levels in many ways. Eve Chalom`s many analogies paint an easy picture to understand while promoting advanced technique. All skaters should purchase this video to promote their understanding of breathing technique, focus, circle theory, and efficiency of movement.

Yes! We are currently negotiating with some of the world`s best freestyle coaches to produce an instructional video series on jumps and spins.

6 Do you sell VHS as well as DVD video formats?
Answer
Yes, and No ;-) We can make VHS tapes for those who truly want them, but these will be produced on a case by case basis and will include a $12/video upcharge.
The reason why we sell only DVDs is because the high quality of our shooting and editing can not be reproduced by a VHS and we are committed to selling only the best to our customers. Also, the demand for VHS has dropped significantly so we do not produce VHS in mass quantities, thus the upcharge for a VHS copy. You can purchase DVD players as cheap as $25 at places like Best Buy and Radio Shack.

8 Why are your Paramount Blades better than other blades?
Answer
There are many reasons why Paramount Blades are better than our competitors` blades.
1) These top of the line Paramount Blades are made from an Aircraft Aluminum holder and a 420 or 440 Stainless Steel runner. First off, this makes these blades up to 50% lighter than our competitors` blades. More importantly, the stainless steel runner wears much less than carbon steel blades. This means a lot less skate sharpenings, as well as better resistance to nicks and chips to the blade edge.
2) The rocker and profile of the freestyle blade is similar to the tried and true design of the Pattern 99 Blade. The rocker and profile of the dance blade is similar to the MK Gold Dance Blade. Our blades are made of better material!
3) Our blades are consistent with one another. Each is identical to the next since they are all CNC machined. Many other blades are still hand made! Hand made is great for leather sofas and purses, but for a tool, like skating blades, you want them as accurate as possible. If you should actually look at some of our competitors` right vs. left foot blades you will see they are not even identical to each other let alone the next pair you might order!
4) Our blades come in 6 different colors! Find another manufacturer who does that!
